4. New Client Procedure

Firstly, please call or email to introduce yourself (go to Contact Us for details). Remember there is only a nominal charge for the first appointment, and it is refundable if you become a client.

Secondly, there are industry standard forms that you must complete to ensure that your individual financial circumstances are understood completely. You can download them, complete and mail to PO BOX 317 Double Bay NSW 1360 ahead of the meeting if you prefer. These will usually be completed in the first appointment.


  • The Financial Services Guide (FSG) is an Industry document that explains who we are, our qualifications, remuneration, your rights etc.
  • The Data Collection is an Industry procedure for providing us with the data that will help in assessing which strategies may or may not be relevant to your financial circumstances.

Thirdly and finally, once the initial Financial Plan is complete, and discussed with you, you can decide whether to authorise us to implement the plan for you.
